Russian Federation Council Speaker Congratulates Armenian Parliament Speaker on Independence Day
On the occasion of Armenia’s Independence Day, the Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko, congratulated the Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, as the reported the Department of Public Relations and Communication of the National Assembly.
